To delete your account and all associated data, log into the DITEK First Line Monitor app. Tap settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Delete Account and Opt Out”.
If you are unable to access your account in the app, email us at app.support@ditekcorp.com using “Remove my account” in the subject line.
In the body, send us your name, address, email used, and phone number.
You will be contacted on the next business day to assist you with your request.
